Pawan Kumar is an officer of the Indian Police Service with over fifteen years of experience, much of which has been spent working closely with individuals in distress and seeking justice. His professional journey spans a broad spectrum of policing functions, including criminal investigation, maintenance of public order, administrative leadership, and institutional governance.
Beyond his operational roles, he has been deeply involved in capacity building and police education, having contributed to the training of five batches of newly inducted IPS officers at the foundational level.
